On booking, by paying the deposit, the client has acknowledged these Terms of Service.
To secure the date for the performance, the client will need to pay a deposit, this is NON-REFUNDABLE..
Travel expenses will be calculated on round trip mileage to the venue.

Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation by the client, if the cancellation is before 6 weeks before the event, there will be no charge for the cancellation. If the cancellation is 4 weeks before the event, the client will need to pay 10% of the quote provided. If the cancellation is between 3-7 days before the event, the client will need to pay 50% of the quote provided. Finally, if cancelled by the client at least 2 days before the event, the client will still need to pay the FULL fee quoted.
Should for whatever reason such as an illness, family emergency, an exceptional life-changing opportunity, act of God, or an unfortunate circumstance where Guy cannot fulfill the performance, the following safeguards will be put in place - Finding a suitable saxophone player replacement who can fulfill the performance, the fee will then be passed to them. If a suitable replacement is not available, the booking will be passed onto a reputable agency to see if they will be able to accommodate the booking. After all safeguards have been exhausted and there is no suitable replacement for the booking, the client will be fully refunded.

Discretion

As much as the services provided are for the full party experience, there are a few caveats to providing the best standards possible to ensure safety and security for the performers involved.
Should a guest at the event get particularly aggressive, the artists involved reserve the right to terminate the performance in the interest of their own safety.
Should in an event that any equipment gets damaged by a guest at an event either intentionally or accidentally - the client will be held accountable should the damages prove excessive.
