About me

Sax player. DJ. Calm pair of hands.

I'm Guy, but you probably know me as The Sax Guy—pun definitely intended. I'm a freelance saxophone player and DJ with more than 10 years in the music industry, playing across the UK and around the world.

Having played at thousands of events, I know what it takes to make a good event great. I keep the booking simple, then build the music around what you actually want your day to feel like.

How it works

  1. Tell me about your event

    Use the quote builder below to see what price to expect. It takes your date, venue, travel and entertainment choices into account before you send anything.

  2. I check the diary

    I’ll make sure I’m free and check the availability of anyone else you have added to the lineup, then confirm exactly what you have built.

  3. Secure your date

    Agree the booking terms and pay a deposit of no more than 20% of the final quote. Once that is done, the date is firmly in my diary.

  4. We plan the good bit

    If you want a call before booking, we can absolutely do that. Otherwise I’ll guide you through the timings, music and final details once everything is secured.

  5. The event itself

    I arrive prepared, work with your venue and suppliers, and take care of the entertainment so you can get on with enjoying it.

What songs do you play?

Anything and everything. Tell me the songs you really want to hear and I’ll make sure they are part of the plan. I also play with what the DJ is doing and fit the performance around your taste, your guests and the room.

How far do you travel?

I am based in the North West and perform nationwide. Travel and accommodation may be additional depending on location.

Can we build a custom combination?

Absolutely. The packages are a clear starting point, but the music can be shaped around your timings, venue and priorities.

Do you bring all the equipment?

Yes. DJ & Sax includes premium PA and moving-head lighting, with one setup managed by me.

How do we secure the date?

Once I have confirmed availability and the quote, you agree to the booking terms and pay a deposit of no more than 20%. That locks the date into my diary.
